Warranty Policy
​​All products come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty
Warranty Only applies for the Original Buyer who Purchased the Goods.

Proof of the purchase, photos & a description of what happened or went wrong with the good are mandatory for all warranty claims.
Our products are meant for indoor use, anything used or built outdoors & has been exposed/left outside in the weather will void the warranty (the only exception to this is if we the seller have advertised the product as being for outdoor use).

If a product has been used & is faulty, we will endeavour to fix the problem, If we can not fix it, then we will replace it, if we are unable to replace it, then Simply Shelving will refund the item. If we clearly see that the product was faulty or not the way it intended to work, then Simply Shelving will issue for the product to be replaced unless not able, then a refund will be provided.

If it is a part that is faulty or is needing a replacement and/or repair, there may be a delay as Simply Shelving may require the manufacturer to forward us the product.

Using the product incorrectly does not qualify under warranty, Simply Shelving expects & encourages our valued customers to use & take proper care of there investments, we also advise that if you are unsure of something to ask us.
​
All products must be installed & used according to the manufacturers recommendations.
​
For repairs the customer must follow the manufacturers guides and instructions to resolve any issues, not complying or choosing to do something else can result in Simply Shelving not covering a warranty claim.
